SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

We offer multiple options to receive your order, including local pick-up, limited delivery, and shipping on select items. Please read carefully before placing your order.

 

 

🚚 Shipping Policy

 

Eligible Products:

    •    Shipping is currently available for select non-perishable items such as our gourmet pecans and prepackaged popcorn varieties.

 

Shipping Locations:

    •    We currently ship within the U.S. only.

    •    We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Processing Time:

    •    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days of payment.

    •    During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

 

Shipping Carrier:

    •    We use  UPS.

    •    Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

 

Shipping Fees:

    •    Is a flat fee.

    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Disclaimer:

    •    The Popcorn Box Atlanta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

    •    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

 

 

📦 Local Pick-Up Policy

 

How It Works:

    •    Free pick-up is available at designated times and locations (e.g., home studio, events, or markets).

    •    Choose “Local Pick-Up” at checkout and you’ll receive a follow-up message with instructions.

 

Pick-Up Notifications:

    •    You will be notified by text or email when your order is ready.

    •    Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of notification unless otherwise arranged.

 

Pick-Up Locations May Include:

    •    Lithia Springs, GA 

    •    Scheduled pop-up shops and events (dates announced online)

    •    Fundraiser bulk pick-ups (group coordinator will be notified)

 

 

🚗 Local Delivery Policy (if offered)

 

Availability:

    •    Limited to select areas (within a defined zip code range) and for qualifying order minimums.

 

Fees:

    •    Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.

 

Scheduling:

    •    Delivery dates are coordinated after order confirmation.

    •    You must be present to receive your order unless otherwise arranged.

 

 

🧾 Order Confirmation & Tracking

    •    You will receive a confirmation email or text upon placing your order.

    •    A second notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up, delivery, or has shipped.

 

 

⚠️ Missed Pick-Ups / Undeliverable Orders

    •    Orders not picked up within 5 business days may be considered forfeited.

    •    Re-delivery or late pickup may incur a fee.

    •    We are not responsible for orders left unclaimed after multiple attempts.
